Legal · Terms

The short version.

These terms describe the deal between you and Remedae when you use remedae.app. They’re written in plain language because the site is.

Using the site.

You can read Remedae, save what resonates, and share links to any page. If you create an account, you agree to keep your login credentials to yourself and to give us an email address you can actually receive mail at.

Content and licence.

Editorial content on Remedae is ours or held under licence from the sources cited on each page. You’re welcome to quote it in a story or blog post as long as you name Remedae and link back. For anything larger, write to us first.

What’s not okay.

Don’t scrape the site, don’t re-host it under another brand, and don’t use it to train a model without permission. Don’t use Remedae to give someone else medical advice or to sell services on top of ours.

No warranty.

Remedae is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. Read the educational scope page for what that means practically. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available; we can’t guarantee either.

Changes to these terms.

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email everyone with an account before the change takes effect. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there’s a dispute we can’t resolve in email, the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
