One shelf, thirteen traditions.
Health literacy is a right, not a subscription. Remedae unites what modern medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kampo, Unani, Siddha, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, African, Indigenous, Functional, Lifestyle and Mind-Body medicine each know about being well, in plain language, on one page.
What we believe.
No tradition owns the answer to a body. A person with a headache in Chennai has a two-thousand-year library of remedies to draw from. A person with the same headache in Chicago too. Both should be able to read them side by side without one being told they’re unproven.
We hold modern medicine alongside every other tradition. Cited, respected, held at the same level. The evidence scale on Remedae rates the current weight of clinical trials, never the validity of the knowledge itself.
What we’re building.
A library that grows one condition at a time. For each one, a Modern-medicine account of what it is, then a shelf of what other traditions have long done about it, then the four small shifts to sleep, food, movement and breath that everyone agrees on.
The reader can save what resonates. Over time, Remedae+ will weave those saves into a personal rhythm, always drawn from the verified sources behind each entry.
What we won’t do.
Remedae is educational. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the care of a clinician who knows your body. Nothing on the site is invented; every remedy links back to a real source. If we cannot verify something, we do not publish it.
