What we hold, and how we hold it.
This page is what we hold, why we hold it, and how to ask us to remove it. It applies to remedae.app and every subdomain.

What we collect.
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the approximate context of your visit (the referring page and browser user-agent string). When you sign up, we store the email, the display name you chose, an encrypted password, and the answers you gave in the onboarding wizard (age band, familiarity level, focus areas, preferred traditions, cultural region).
We do not collect health records, diagnostic information, or any detail about a specific condition you have. If you save a condition to your hub, we hold the slug of that condition, not why you saved it.
What we don’t collect.
We do not sell data. We do not run third-party ad networks. We do not fingerprint you across sites. We do not use analytics that record individual sessions or replay clicks.
Who processes it.
Supabase (Frankfurt region) hosts our database and authentication. Vercel serves the site. Resend delivers our transactional emails. Each processor is bound by their own data-processing agreement and holds only the data required to do their part.
Your rights.
Under GDPR and equivalent regulations, you can ask us to send you a copy of the data we hold on you, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete your account entirely. Write to admin@remedae.app with the address on your account and we’ll respond inside thirty days.
Cookies.
We use a session cookie so signed-in visits stay signed in, and a local storage entry for the items you save on your hub. Neither talks to a third party. There is no advertising cookie.
