How Remedae is written.
Every remedy on Remedae is drawn from a named, verifiable source. Nothing is invented. We rewrite for plain language, but we do not originate.
Where our sources come from.
For Modern medicine we cite WHO ICD-11 for diagnosis, and clinical guideline bodies (NICE, ACG, ACOG, AASM, Cochrane, PubMed indexed trials) for treatment. For each of the twelve non-Western traditions we cite the authoritative body that governs that tradition — AYUSH and CCRAS for Ayurveda, PMDA and JSOM for Kampo, CCRUM for Unani, and so on. The canonical list is public.
How a remedy gets published.
Every entry passes through the same four gates. Extract from the source. Verify the quote against the original text. Translate the wording into plain English without changing the meaning. Cite the exact passage the reader can trace back.
If any gate fails, the remedy is dropped, not softened. The safety floor at the bottom of every condition page is always on and always the same: when to see a clinician, when to stop.
Voice.
We write to the reader, not about them. No clinical distance (“patients present with”), no woo (“energies”), no hustle (“biohack”). Where research exists, we say what it found, which year, and from where.
Corrections.
If we get something wrong, tell us at admin@remedae.app. We update the page and log the change in the source trail. Nothing is quietly rewritten.
